YG has released their debut countdown poster for BLACKPINK through the official blog at 10AM today.

D-5's poster features the innocent yet dream-like image of BLACKPINK's eye-catching member ROSÉ. ROSÉ rocks a white shirt and denim jacket ensemble along with her long light brown hair.

On July 29th, the official website posted a teaser that reveals that their debut date is on the 8th of August. BLACKPINK has received a lot of attention from fans and with their debut countdown starting, expectations has further heightened. With ROSE's poster image, new images of the other members are expected by fans to be published  in the following days before debut.

BLACKPINK's four members completed by JENNIE, JISOO, LISA, and ROSÉ will have Teddy as their main producer who's responsible for numerous hits for BIGBANG and 2NE1. The group has already finished shooting the music video and has polished choreography created by 4 famous foreign choreographers, therefore expectations are high for their music and their stage performances.

BLACKPINK has been in the making for 6 long years with the average age of 19 years old. A talented group that has trained an intense 4 years and are debuting on the 8th.

YG's new girl group 'BLACKPINK's' first dance practice video has reached 3M views.

They proved their great popularity even before their official debut and today, July 14th at 9 AM gathered 3,062,804 views in just 9 days after release. Their dance practice video got 1M views a day, 2M in 3days, and on July 14th surpassed 3M views, which is an amazing record.

Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa wore 'All-black' outfits, looked fully armed while matching the beat to the  'knife-like choreography'. They are good at dancing while dancing sexily, thus increasing the expectations about their future performances.

The immediate reactions were such as, "Indeed they are a YG rookie group that is ready","Popularity explosion", "Ready for a real jaw-dropping debut","Please debut quickly, this oppa is waiting for you", and so on, showing support towards BLACKPINK.

YG's new girl group consists of 4 members and their name is BLACKPINK. 

One of the largest agencies YG entertainment, will release a new girl group after 7 years since 2NE1, their name is BLACKPINK and the final members are the ones who already have been revealed. 

This morning on the 29th, YG announced 96' liner Jennie, 19yo Thailand-born Lisa, 95' liner Jisoo, and Korean and 97' liner, who was raised in Australia 'Rose'. So far, 4 members in total have been revealed as the members for the new girl group called BLACKPINK. 

YG's side: "Black pink are the most beautiful colors, which are represented with a slightly different meaning, it's not only about pretty things, but a combination of both looks and skills"

YG senior official said:"Originally, 9 members were supposed to be the number of members to represent the group two years ago, but suddenly the plans changed by sending 4 members first" adding:"You cannot know what exactly YG will do, but the remaining five trainees are still practicing in YG. The company wanted to release BLACKPINK first in advance"

YG side: "We trust BLACKPINK's production to main producer Teddy since he has been in charge of composing and producing BLACKPINK's songs for the past two years. Debut album is already finished.

YG, in order to make BlackPink's debut successful, they assigned 4 famous foreign choreographers for their debut as they have already reached the final stage of debut preparation
